As with On Unfaithful Wings, I laughed at Fell's observations and really enjoyed the twists and turns in the story and the strong character development. One thing worth noting - I'm a pretty fast reader so sometimes I miss good imagery as I'm plowing through the plot. But every once in a while a book has a gripping scene that stops me right in my tracks. This book has one such scene and it gave me goosebumps.            "All Who Wander is a delightful urban fantasy romp, and although it's the second in a series, I didn't need to have read the first to understand exactly what was going on. It has just the right amount of dark and gritty, but the author is careful to feed the reader tiny nibbles of hope to keep you going through the book.
